LEARN WHEN AND HOW TO ASK R U OK? AT WORK

R U OK? has developed an online short course for workplaces.


The interactive course is designed to help you learn how to ask “are you OK?” of anyone in your world that you might be worried about. The course also helps you learn how to respond appropriately and safely to anyone who says, “No, I’m not OK."

    The course is free of charge.

  • HOW LONG DOES THE R U OK? COURSE TAKE TO COMPLETE

    The course should take about 5-10 minutes to complete.

  • WHAT FORMAT IS THE COURSE AVAILABLE IN?

    If you have your own LMS and would like to get this course, it is available in both SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004. Ask your LMS Administrator which file type works best for your LMS.
