R U OK?Day 2017

R U OK?Day is Thursday 14 September 2017.

It's a national reminder, held on the second Thursday of every year, that we’ve all got what it takes to ask, “are you ok?” and support those struggling with life. Taking part can be as simple as asking your friends, family or colleagues "are you ok?".

Help start more conversations by getting your school, workplace and community involved using these resources.
