THREE PEAKS CHALLENGE 2025
In February, we will be heading to the Snowy Mountains to take on one of Australia’s best one-day walking challenges – The Three Peaks Challenge.
As well as summiting Australia’s highest peak –
Mount Kosciusko – you will also take on
Etheridge Ridge and
Mount Carruthers. Experience some of the greatest views in Australia, trek through Alpin scrub and make new friends whilst raising funds and awareness for R U OK? If you’re looking to make a difference and an experience that you will treasure forever look no further.

Fun runs and marathons, morning teas and movie nights, sausage sizzles and bake offs, treks and adventures in Australia and abroad – fundraising for R U OK? is a great way to make a difference and support our work helping friends, family, colleagues and neighbours feel more connected and protected from suicide.
With your support R U OK? can reach more Australians, inspire regular, meaningful conversations every day of the year, and ultimately change lives. Funds raised will help us:
- Create new campaigns and free resources to inspire regular meaningful conversations
- Expand the campaign's reach so we're there to support more schools, workplaces and communities
- Conduct more rigorous research and evaluation to continually improve our work
