Here but not here?

hello • 6 September 2017

Have you noticed a colleague's here but not really here?

Perhaps they seem distracted or like they've got a lot on their mind?

If your gut instinct is telling you something’s not quite right, don't be afraid to approach them and start a conversation. Your support can make a big difference.

To get the conversation started, we are introducing new resources for your workplace.

Your organisation can show support for R U OK?Day by putting the posters up in kitchens, bathrooms, above the photocopier - anywhere your workmates hang out.

The resources also include email templates which can be sent throughout the year such as peak times, end of financial year, etc. We also recommend that you invite a person of influence within the organisation who is passionate about mental health and wellbeing to champion the cause.

The resources include:
• 10 x Posters
• 3 x Email templates
• 5 x E-newsletter header
• 1 x Conversation guide

If you need more inspiring content, don’t forget to check out our YouTube channel.

The R U OK? at Work campaign is about inspiring workmates to ask the question, “are you ok?” of one another.
