The Trust the Signs Tour is hitting the road!

Encouraging everyone to Trust the Signs, Trust your Gut and Ask R U OK?

In the build-up to R U OK?Day on Thursday 12 September, we're hitting the road and visiting every state and territory on the Trust the Signs Tour. The Tour will visit 24 communities to show everyone we meet when and how to ask R U OK?

Join us at an event near you for a free feed, activities for all ages and a chance to learn how to start a life-changing conversation and look out for these signs:
Local mental health and suicide prevention services will be supporting the tour events to let you know what support is available for the times an R U OK? conversation is too big for friends and family.

The Trust the Signs Tour will launch in Gosford, New South Wales on Wednesday 10 July and travel over 14,000 km before completing its journey in Sydney on R U OK?Day, Thursday 12 September.

We can't wait to see you on the road!

R U OK?DAY

R U OK?Day (Thursday 12 September) is our national day of action dedicated to reminding everyone to ask, “Are you OK?” and to remember every day of the year to support people who may be struggling with life’s ups and downs.

This year we're encouraging everyone to Trust the Signs, Trust their Gut and Ask R U OK?

Individuals, workplaces, schools and communities can get involved and help create a world where we're all connected and are protected from suicide.
